As for several operators they don't have a posibility to call from the Netherlands. For Poketalk you only can call from the following countries:
-USA
-Canada
-Israel
-UK (landlines)
-Germany (landlines)
-Singapore
-Japan
I discribed before how to get a DID number in the US and Germany. When you have such number you can should use that when using PokeTalk.

PokeTalk is based out of Isreal, however they offer free international calls to a lot of countries. Poketalk is purely advertisement based free international calling service.
You will see ads targeted to your country or your interest (you select while signing up). Since Poketalk is still new, you might not find the advertisment to be too relevant, however am sure they would improve.
Poketalk currently offers only 5 minutes of free calls from Landlines and 2 minutes to mobile. 2 minutes is probably too less to even try :-). 5 minutes can be at times pretty good to chat a little bit and hang up. Who would complain about a free international call?

Lets see how you can use Vyke and how you get your $1 of Credit to test their service.
1) Go to Vyke ( http://www.vyke.com/ ) and Register
2) They will ask you to verify your phone number. Enter your number and wait for their SMS.
3) Enter code received in SMS in Vyke account and you are verified. They instantly add $1 credit to your account.
Now Let's look at their individual services.
1) Vyke Mobile VOIPVyke offers a good setup for Mobile VOIP, You can either setup Vyke manually using their SIP settings (given Below) or your their online guide to set it up. It basically sends a message to your phone, you need to follow the link and setup Vyke on Mobile. Of course, you can also setup Vyke on Fring, if you want to. Just use the following SIP settings.
Vyke SIP Settings:
Display name: Your Username
SIP Username: Your Username
SIP Password: ***** (Same as your vyke password if confirmed)
SIP server: sip.vyke.com
Port: 5060
RTP port: 5090
DTMF: RFC 2833
Proxy settings: Same as SIP server

Supported codecs: G.729, G.711 (ulaw), gsm
Of course for Mobile, you need to setup Internet Telephony Service besides the SIP settings.

3) Vyke Call back: A really innovative way to make free VOIP Calls. You first need to register your number and then you need to dial, Vyke Callback number (i.e. +4918059908850 or +442071542887), as soon as you hear the busy tone, hang up! Within 10 seconds, the Vyke service will call you back and when you answer you will hear the dial tone. Enter the number you wish to call and you will be connected.
4) Vyke Web Calling: Vyke also offers Web calling, which will give you a flexibility of Phone to Phone Calling. Enter your number and your friend's number and click call. You can also delay calls if you want to. Another good feature.
Vyke apparently offering free voip calls to european destinations and US and Canada. However they charge 4 cents setup fee per call.
Overall Vyke has potential become a leading VOIP provider if they manage to crack this overcrowded market. With Free calling offers pressure cutting your bottomline, it's difficult for VOIP provider to continue to provide Free calls.

1) Go to viatalkfree
2) Download their plug-in.
3) Now enter your phone number and other party’s number
4) Click Call5
) They will first call back on your phone and then connect the other party.
6) The call is totally FREE.
Although, its not very clear but I heard rumors that the call is limited to only 10 mins each call.
Remember, this service only works for people living in USA since they will give a call, although you can always forward your calls with any SIP provider by getting a free USA number and setting forward to your phone. That way, you can make free calls to USA from anywhere in the world.
Quick Hint:
1) Get register on IPKall and get a USA number. They have direct option to fwd call on sip account.
2) Forward your IPKall usa number to e.g. gtalk2voip.
3) All calls will be fwd on your landline/mobile via phone gnome

Tabrio hack
Tabrio offers $5 free calling credit to call any where in the world. You can use your credit for making calls or sending text messages anywhere you like. There is no commitment to add more funds to your account, or to keep using Tabrio after your funds run out.
Any one can think to create multiple accounts to get double credit, here is the answer from Tabrio.
Can I create more than one account?
You can create as many accounts as you need; however you’ll only receive your $5 credit for the first account you create with each phone number.
Oopsss, you were thinking that you have two phones, so you can get $10 by registering both phone..., Do not worry, you can do it.
Tabrio has very secured system, But still this hack works, use it before it is stopped by Tabrio.
Hack one: Registering Multiple Numbers
Problem: Register your first phone, you will surely get $5 credit, if you register the same phone with same PC and same IP, you will get $0.00 credit.
Solution: Register with different IP and different PC, for example, office/Home PC.Its really not a hack, It is work around but use this method not to loose $5 Credit for you another number.Already Registered both of your Phone number and got only $5 credit?? Do not worry, here is the solution.
