We have been listening closely to all the feedback from you over the past months, and are pleased to announce that we have opened the PokeTalk service with a brand new look. You may have noticed that the registration is simplified, calls simpler to activate, and when inviting friends to the service you can easily import your Gmail contacts.
Behind the scenes we have also added tons of hardware to make everything faster, smoother, and more efficient!
And best of all, due to popular demand, many more countries have been added that you can call both from and to! Calls can now be originated from Austria, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands, as well as the USA, Canada, Singapore, China, Israel, Japan, and Germany which have always been available. In addition, calls can now be made to over 55 countries around the world. Basically - you can call over 60% of the world for free, or approximately 3.5 billion people!
So you ask what’s planned for the very-near future? Expect a personalized address book, call status display, ways to increase your call duration, and several other planned surprises. On top of that, even some creative ways to add calls to your monthly quota.
