You can dial via the Voxox softphone, ATA or your own softphone to one of the many US accessnumbers of Ringplus and then dial your wanted destination. I could dial the US ambassy in Kiev (Ukraine) as I did before. I used my ATA (ASUS AX-112). No problem!

2. Register for Youcall. In the form fill all the details, in phone number column enter your or any other phone number. The call can be placed from any phone, not necessarily from the phone you register.

3. After that you have to verify by clicking the activation mail they will send you.

4. Once you log in to your account, you will see 1Euro balance. This can be used to make call to any country.

5. To make call, enter your phone number, destination number. Click call.

6. They will show you activation code on your screen, Youcall will first call you. You have to enter this activation number once prompted.

An ATA is an Analog Telephone Adaptor.

It is a box which connects your voip calls to your analog telephone without the need of a computer. You need to program your ATA with your sip provider details (username, password, domain name and when needed proxy, stun-server etc.)

The ATA is connected to:

- Line in = PSTN = FXO

- internet via modem (cable / adsl)

- power suply

When all is correctly installed your phone is ringing when you get a voip call. You can also use your phone to make a voip call. There is no need for a computer.

A VOIP modem is a combination of an ATA with a modem in one box.

Meanwhile I checked the Boston access number for Bezecom (857-362-1666). Even when I call direct to this number, the Callsdiscount computer doesn't recognize the phone number I dial. When I do the same for the NY access number (718-725-8888) it works.

My conclusion is that not all Bezecom access numbers transfer the dialing tones with a quality which is good enough for the Callsdiscount computer. Please use an alternative Bezecom access number when it is not functioning.

This last number (001-631-924-0517) is a weather infomation number in New York, which I use for testing.

Two examples:

a) You live in Peru and you want to call Switzerland mobile.
You call the local bezecom access number in Lima: 1-7185055 and then the bezecom number is: 531833. Now you can dial 00+countrycode Switzerland + mobilenumber (excl. starting zero)

b) You live in the US, New York and you want to call Germany.
