I have just tested it dialing the US ambassy in Kiev (0011-380-44-4904000)
Instruction from the Netherlands:
1) dial 020-8080097
2) wait for instruction and dial 534830
3) now you get connected with the Ringplus access number in Boston
4) wait for instructions and choose "9" for outside line
5) dial your wanted destination: 011 + 380 + 44-4904000 + #

An alternative way to call Ukraine for (allmost) free is using voipbuster (or any other Betamax provider). With voipbuster you dial one of the Ringplus access numbers. Following the instructions starting at 4).
When dialing direct to Ringplus (not via Bezecom) you don't have the 10 minutes time limit.
