When you live in the Netherlands and you want to use Ringplus take the following steps:
1) dial 020-8080097 wait for instruction and dial 534830
3) now you get connected with the Ringplus access number in Boston
4) wait for instructions and choose "9" for outside line
5) dial your wanted destination: 011 + countrycode + number + #
