Again a possible way of calling free to Turkey and all other counties.
We use Ringplus (http://www.ringplus.net/) to call all countries for free. Because you can access Ringplus only from the US, Italy and Switzerland, You need a way to call one of the countries for free (or very cheap). There are many options as you can find here in this blog.
I tried to phone Turkey by calling the LAUSANNE access number (0041-215330428) with voipbuster. From there you can dial e.g. Turkey (011-90 etc. + #) and all other countries.
